What exactly do I receive?

A refurbished PS Vita Slim (PCH-2000) in the colour you pick, a memory card in the size you pick pre-loaded with games and emulators, a USB charging cable, a wall adapter and a screen protector already applied. Everything ships in protective packaging.

What condition are the consoles in?

Grade A. Each unit is opened, cleaned, tested and reassembled in our workshop. Screens are checked for dead pixels, buttons and sticks are tested for drift, and batteries that hold less than 80% capacity are replaced before the console is listed.

Is it already modded? Do I have to do anything?

It arrives fully modded with custom firmware installed and configured. Charge it, turn it on and the game launcher is on the home screen. No computer, no installs, no account required.

How many games are included?

Over 1000 titles across PS Vita, PSP, PS1, and classic Nintendo and Sega systems. The exact library depends on the storage size you choose — bigger cards ship with more full PS Vita and PSP titles rather than just retro ROMs.

Which storage size should I pick?

  • 32GB — retro libraries plus a handful of PSP titles. Good if you mostly want classics.
  • 64GB — the popular choice: full PSP library plus a selection of PS Vita games.
  • 128GB — everything, with plenty of free space left for your own games and save data.

Can I add my own games later?

Yes. Connect the console to a computer or use the built-in wireless file transfer, drop files into the relevant folder on the memory card and refresh the launcher. You can also buy a larger card later and clone the existing one.

Will online features and updates still work?

Wi-Fi, the browser and local multiplayer work normally. We recommend not running a system update from Sony — an official update can remove the custom firmware. If that happens, contact us and we will talk you through restoring it.

How long does the battery last?

Roughly 4 to 6 hours of play depending on brightness, Wi-Fi and the type of game. Retro emulation is lighter on the battery than native PS Vita titles.

OLED or LCD screen?

The Slim (PCH-2000) uses an LCD panel. It is slightly less saturated than the original OLED model but noticeably brighter in daylight, thinner, lighter, and lasts longer per charge.

How fast is shipping and what does it cost?

What if I change my mind or something breaks?

You have 30 days to return the console for a full refund, and a 12-month hardware warranty on the screen, battery, buttons and board. Start either from the contact support page and we send a prepaid label.
