Shipping & returns

Orders placed before 15:00 CET on a business day are prepared the same day. Everything else leaves our workshop within 1–2 business days. You receive a tracking number by email the moment the parcel is scanned by the carrier.

• Europe — 3 to 6 business days (tracked, free)
• United States & Canada — 5 to 9 business days (tracked, free)
• United Kingdom — 4 to 7 business days (tracked, free)
• Australia, New Zealand & Asia — 7 to 12 business days (tracked, free)
• Rest of world — 8 to 15 business days (tracked, free)

Estimates start the day the parcel ships, not the day you order. Customs delays are outside our control but are rare on consoles of this value.

EU and UK orders ship duty paid — nothing extra to pay on arrival. Orders outside those regions may be charged local import duty by your customs authority; that charge is set by your country and is the buyer's responsibility.

Not happy? Email us within 30 days of delivery and we send a return label. Once the console arrives back complete and undamaged we refund the full order value, shipping included, within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Returned consoles must include the charger, memory card and the original box. Physical damage, water damage or a removed firmware are not covered by the return policy.

Every console carries a 12-month hardware warranty on the screen, battery, buttons and board. If something fails we repair it or replace the unit free of charge — you only send it back with the label we provide.

If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, contact us and we open a carrier investigation. If the parcel is confirmed lost we ship a replacement immediately at no cost. Photograph any shipping damage before unpacking further and send us the pictures within 48 hours of delivery.
